Purpose: The Federal Public Charter Schools Grant Program is a discretionary grant program administered by the Charter Schools Division. Purpose: Specialized Secondary Programs (SSP) provides start-up funds for the establishment of new specialized programs in grades 9-12 in California high schools. GERMINATION: Germination of Research Questions for Addressing Critical Societal Challenges
