The Alameda County Office of Education for its award of $8,398,583 from the California Department of Health Care Access and Information to staff Wellness Coaches in Alameda County schools and for its $525,000 grant award from the CA Department of Education for its Education For Homeless Children and Youth program.
The San Francisco Unified School District for its $300,000 grant award for Improving Adolescent Health and Well-Being Through School-Based Surveillance and the What Works in School Program from the U.S. Center for Disease Control, and for its $375,000 grant award from the CA Department of Education for its Education For Homeless Children and Youth program.
