Prison to Employment Initiative Direct and Supportive Service Grants Purpose: To support regional planning efforts, fund regional plan implementation, and provide resources for direct services to the formerly incarcerated and other justice-involved individuals. The funds offered under this RFA are for the implementation of regional plans to serve the formerly incarcerated and other justice involved individuals in California. Funder: California Workforce Development Board Applicant: Each region must designate one entity as the applicant and fiscal agent for each grant.
