HTA congratulates Sutter Health’s East Bay Advanced Care program for its award through the Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) “Prevention Navigator” program. EBAC will utilize this $1.5 million five-year grant to provide HIV and substance use prevention services to individuals from racial and ethnic minority populations in Alameda County who are at high-risk for substance use disorders and/or co-occurring substance abuse and mental disorders.
