These funds will support schools in adopting a Community School model\u2014a \u201cwhole-child\u201d school improvement strategy in which schools\u00a0partner\u00a0with teachers, students, families, and community organizations to improve student outcomes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vallejo City Unified School District $12,112,500 for nine schools<\/li>\n<li>Robla Elementary School District $6,175,000 for five schools<\/li>\n<li>Monterey Peninsula Unified School District $712,500 for one school<\/li>\n<li>John Swett Unified School District $712,500 for one school<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We also wish to congratulate the Contra Costa County Office of Education for its contract from the Contra Costa County Workforce Development Board to deliver Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Title I Youth Services programing.
